Our headquarters are in the UK and, since the company’s creation 1984, we've been manufacturing for a vast range of industries worldwide. Previously known as The Fibredata Group, we are accredited to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, and are winners of the UK National Electronic Component Award for Innovation.

We are pioneers in the development, manufacture and application of cutting-edge LED technologies to the electronics and related industries, and we focus heavily on research & development, engineering and innovation. The company has four key manufacturing divisions:

OMC has established a wide-ranging, global customer base including such names as Sagem, Rolls-Royce, IBM, Alstom, CERN, Marconi and National Grid; and we span a wide range of industry sectors, including power distribution, lighting, petrochemical, medical, aerospace and defence. We also deal with departments in a number of the UK’s leading universities, and supply several public sector institutions such as the National Health Service and Ministry of Defence.
